You can find out more about us at www.capbay.com  About the Role: You will be responsible for designing and developing front-view applications and mockups using ReactJS and React Native, based on UI/UX designs. This role involves creating quick, high-quality mockups for sales pitches in a fast-paced environment, rather than focusing on building sustainable codebases. A collaborative mindset and a basic understanding of front-end technologies are essential. Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will be expected to: Create user-facing elements and mockups to support sales pitches. Develop new user-facing features with an emphasis on visual appeal and functionality. Build reusable code and libraries to streamline future mockups and pitches. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to refine and deliver high-quality mockups. Key Qualifications and Requirements: We are looking for someone who has: 1–3 years of experience. Fresh graduates eager to learn in a fast-paced and innovative environment are encouraged to apply. Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3. Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS. Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery. Note: Proficiency in JavaScript is essential, while familiarity with jQuery is beneficial. Good understanding of ReactJS, React Native, AngularJS, etc. Experience in creating mockups and designing visually appealing features for dynamic pitches. Basic knowledge of image editing tools (e.g., Illustrator or Photoshop) to make small adjustments to designs. Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and how to address them. Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as Git, Mercurial, or SVN. Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative sales environment.
